He asked me to order the notebooks like 2 weeks ago. I just couldn't think what to order! This last weekend I was thinking about activities to do with the kids. When we went to the Children's Museum last month, JJ got to paint on a large piece of butcher paper. Insert idea in my mind - would it not be AWESOME to have some of that here. Yes, yes it would.
I hopped on Amazon and found some. I was hoping for something around the 3' size. But of course that stuff didn't ship free. I wasn't paying $6 to have it shipped - that defeated the whole purpose of ordering anything.
And then I found it. A 48"x200' roll. Shipped for free. Done.
We got it last night. I think the UPS guy is going to get tired of coming to our house. I think he's been here 3 of 4 days *not counting today.
After dinner I got it out and we traced JJ on the floor. He cut it out and then drew his shirt and pants on. And also some BUG eyes and a crooked smile.
I think it will be fun to have. Painting is next! Just think all the cool stuff that we can do - make our own wrapping paper?! 'Paint' the wall?!
