This pains me.
About 2 weeks ago I decided that I would purchase another chair for the living room for MJ since she was fighting her brother over his.
Thankfully the company (which I will not name, but you can take a good guess) still sold the same exact chair 3 years later, so I got online and ordered one. When I ordered they had free personalization! I was excited! I wouldn't pay extra for it, but free I would absolutely take.
I got MJ's name and a star put on it. So cute. She LOVED it when it got here. She crawled up in it and she knew it was her chair. It was precious.
Well, we received the chair on a Monday. By Thursday her name was unraveling. Yes, the strings were coming out, not just in one place but TWO. I had had it 4 days and it was already falling apart. And MJ was not making this happen. I got online and wrote a 'to the point' email that evening.
On Saturday they called and told me they would be more than happy to replace the slip cover for the chair - and would I like to have it personalized again? I instantly said NO. But it makes me sad she won't have it all cute with her name on it. But at least her's and JJ's will match now.
So here is a picture of the cute chair. Before it goes bye-bye :(
I have to commend the company for not asking twice about the product. It was not a cheap chair at all so I guess that kind of customer service should be expected. We'll send this slip cover back when we get the new one UPS some time in the near future. Oh well - so much for something free!
