Phase 2: Spice Cabinet

Yesterday after the party I emptied my spice cabinet out of the counter.  I could not believe how much fit in there.

Phase 2 this afternoon will be going through all the spices and determining what level they are: Level 1 - Use Often; Level 2 - Use a couple of time a year; Level 3 - Use once or less a year.  The level 1 spices will receive the jars :)  They are the lucky ones!
