BLT Mac & Cheese

Hmm.  I'm not sure what to say about this one.  I made this Monday for dinner before Brandon got home.  I forced JJ to eat it.  And I forced myself to eat it.

It took entirely too long to make.  Mostly because it takes forever to get my water to boil for some reason when making pasta.  I started cooking at 515pm and we ate around 645pm.  Yes.  That long.

The recipe was flawed.  The consistency of the 'cheese' was horrid.  It was almost like curdled cheese.  The cream cheese just never completely melted.  So there were little chunks.  Gross.

Here are some pictures of the meal.  This will NOT be added to my recipe list.  Just FYI - do NOT attempt this at home.  I threw the leftovers out.

I should have known at this point that it was NOT going to be good.

Out of the oven.  It really doesn't look bad.  Looks are always deceiving.

Thankful I included a salad on this one.

I won't waste your time with cost breakdown.  Its just not worth it!
