I stuck to last weeks menu pretty good. Amazingly. So I thought it would be good to do this again. Here is what I've got through Friday.
Sunday: Meatball Stromboli (this got pushed back from last week! I didn't have enough time to make the dough until today!)
Monday: Mahi Mahi BLT; Broccoli Salad
Tuesday: Chicken with Artichokes & Lemon; Rice
Wednesday: Grilled Cheese with Apples & Prosciutto; Broccoli Salad
Thursday: Honey-Soy Braised Pork Shoulder; Rice
Friday: Shrimp & Avacado Salad with Crispy Tortillas; Fresh Bread
